I was in the mood for a good Burger and fries, so I A" grade from the health sanitation inspection. The bathroom was exceptionally clean as well which is ALWAYS a plus.
All members of the wait staff were pleasantly friendly, gave me direct eye contact and provided exceptional breakdowns of the menu and provided me with popular items.
The items that I ordered were the following:
Bison Burger: Smoked Gouda, bacon jam, cherry peppers and mustard aïoli. The bacon jam took the burger to the next level, the cheese was a perfect choice to pair with this leaner red meat. I ordered a side of their truffle fries, seasoned to perfection. I loved the fact they were shoestring fries almost because the burger in itself would make you full.
Grilled Steak Tacos: Two Tri-Tip steak tacos, meat was very tender paired with pepper jack cheese, perfect with the hint of spice, pickled onions lettuce pico de gallo, horseradish aïoli. It also came with chips.
Buffalo Cauliflower: I love the fact the Buffalo sauce was not drenched all over the items but drizzled and paired with a variety of sauces to dip the bites into : Blue cheese, Yuzu and garlic aïoli.
Bacon Deviled Eggs: Let me tell you. I have searched high and low for some good eggs and thus far this is the best I've had in a long time. Topped with candied bacon and Sriracha, they were a hit!
Steak Taquitos: Tri-Tip steak, pico de gallo, cotija cheese, chipotle aioli! I loved these! The steak was tender and to pair with this authentic choice of cheese on top was amazing.
Gary's Pepperoni Pizza: I opted not have no meat on it but the marinara , four cheese blend was delicious. Note: they donate a $1 to the make a wish foundation for every purchase I'd this particular pizza.
Parking: Ample Parking on street and there is also a parking structure right around the corner.
